“When we first started looking at having a pool installed in our garden, we were bewildered and overwhelmed by the advice received from some local pool companies.

It felt like most of these businesses were trying to push us into one specific type of pool, regardless of whether it suited our needs or not. They gave us the impression they would be doing us a favour by installing our pool. Most of them blankly refused to take on any of the landscaping work needed to prepare the site.

It transpired that most pool builders in our area do very little of the actual work themselves. We would have to find our own electrician and landscaper and they outsource most of the work to third-party subcontractors.

Dealing with Ben at Ashridge Pools was a completely different experience. I don’t think I have ever met anyone with such as positive, can-do attitude. Ben never tried to force us into any decision and clearly explained the pros and cons of every option. He looked for every opportunity to provide value while maintaining the highest standards of service.”
